Cancellations & Returns
You can return items bought from us by notifying us within fourteen days from the day after you receive your item. Please notify the Sales department in writing, phone or via this cancellation form and we will issue with an returns (RMA) number.
The contact email for our sales department is firstname.lastname@example.org. This “Cooling-Off” period applies to sales to consumers only. We will refund the cost of the goods plus the standard postage cost for the goods. We cannot refund any express, priority or special arrangement component of the postage cost.
