A contemporary fixed wall light with a particularly neat base.   Jazz it up with a bright shade or keep it elegantly neutral.  

The E14 lamp base enables a higher output LED lamp to be used, lamp not supplied.

Library Swing Arm Wall Light 2 Arm, by Vaughan.  Available in Brass or Nickel.

This high quality fitting has a very small base, enabling it to be mounted on library shelf supports or (eg:) the post of a four poster bed.  

The E27 lamp base enables a high output LED lamp to be used, to give really effective light, lamp not supplied
